New Books in Our Library!
By: Regan Wascher

Our new librarian Mrs. Keppner, former English teacher, has had a very positive effect on everyone at Manteno High School this year! She has made many changes in the library including the placement of where the books are, new seating arrangements, outlets at many tables to plug in students’ Chromebooks, and a safe and comfortable environment for any and everyone! Mrs. Keppner has also brought into the Manteno High School library many new books, which are now available to check out at any time from 8am to 3pm!
The new books that have been acquired into our library are of many different genres, including fiction, nonfiction, crime, fantasy, memoirs, romance, thriller, mystery, and many more!
